Software Installation

This form is to be used to submit server login information for paid professional software installation orders. Software installations are usually completed within one business day following your form submission. You will be contacted via email from an @kryptronic.com email for your server access information after your ticket is activated.

If you have not yet paid for installation, but would like to have your software license installed on your server, please purchase the installation service.

While filling out this form you will be asked to enter the order tracking number for the installation you have already purchased. If you have not paid for installation of your software license, please purchase the installation service. If the software is to be installed on a server for which a domain transfer has not yet propogated, please enter the final domain name in the 'Server Domain Name' field, and be sure to include a preview URL and any other access information in the 'Comments and Instructions' field.

If you know of any required cURL proxies, if your server requires SMTP authorization or if your server runs SSL or HTTP connections on non-standard ports, please provide information below to aid the installer in completing the installation without having to contact you for this information. These items do not affect most servers.

If you do not have your database set up yet, or you don't know how to set it up, please provide access information for your hosting control panel software. We will need your control panel URL, username and password if you choose to supply that information.
