ClickCartPro and EuropaCart ecommerce software by Kryptronic has a built in loyalty points system. This system is used to build loyalty with customers by providing them a loyalty points account. I’m getting a ‘File Deprecated Error’ on my site and can’t raise the admin or the front page!
This error occurs when your host changes the version of PHP on the server and your current version of ClickCartPro or EuropaCart no longer supports it. This generally only happens to older versions of the software that are drifting further and further from current software updates.
My password into my ClickCartPro or EuropaCart admin has stopped working. I’ve tried to have the system mail me a password, but that doesn’t seem to help… How do I fix it?
