USPS has made a change to their API which has affected International Shipment Ratings. This change requires Kryptronic software to be updated to connect to the USPS API using different URLs. As of May 25, 2021, the USPS API URL is ‘https://production.shippingapis.com/ShippingApi.dll’.

UPDATE: As the world slowly starts to open back up, we wanted to provide an update to our clients. As of June 15th customer support has returned to normal volume and all customer support is available.

Software version 9.0.3 has been released. This version marks the official public release Kryptronic eCommerce software version 9. Until now, Kryptronic eCommerce software version 9 has only been available to existing clients.

UPS is updating the URLs which can be used to access their Online Tools service. Kryptronic clients may have received a notice from UPS regarding this change. As of December 31, 2018, the preferred UPS online tools URL will be ‘https://onlinetools.ups.com’ and the URL ‘https://www.ups.com/’ will no longer be supported.
