UPDATE: As the world slowly starts to open back up, we wanted to provide an update to our clients. First we want to thank all of our clients, whether you are a Kryptronic managed hosting client or self hosted client, we appreciate your business and your continued support of our platform. During the COVID-19 Pandemic we experienced a high volume of customer support requests. Some of those were due to increased sales traffic. As of June 15th customer support has returned to normal volume and all customer support is available.

Recently an exploit was discovered which targets a vulnerability in SSLv3, an SSL protocol used by older browsers, and servers which have not been recently updated. This exploit is known as ‘POODLE’ and affects traffic over SSLv3 connections which do not use TLS handshakes. The purpose of this message is to provide an official statement regarding this exploit, and how it affects Kryptronic Managed Hosting and Kryptronic Software.
