Action Required for all USPS Clients: A mini update has been issued for Kryptronic eCommerce 9 and ClickCartPro version 8 (aka EuropaCart). The USPS integration was updated to support the new USPS API, which will be required to connect to USPS beginning on January 25, 2026.

An update was issued on January 21, 2026 for Kryptronic eCommerce version 9 and ClickCartPro version 8 (aka EuropaCart). The following update was issued in mini update format for all software versions 8.0.0 through 9.4.0:

– The USPS integration was updated to support the new USPS API. On January 25, 2026, USPS will require using the new USPS API for all Rating and Tracking requests. The older WebTools service is being decommissioned.

All clients using USPS services must update and reconfigure their USPS connection in order to continue using USPS services.

All Kryptronic Managed Hosting Clients have had this update applied automatically via our Kryptronic Update Service.
