Kryptronic Managed Hosting uses only secure connectivity for all mail communications within our system. The following tutorial will help you quickly and easily set up in the Apple Mail app on your Apple device with your Kryptronic Mail account. Each mail account has a Send Mail (SMTP) and a Receive Mail (POP). Both send and receive will require different ports and there are also IMAP settings which allow you to share your mail over various devices.
When configuring mail accounts in the Apple Mail app be aware that incoming mail (POP3 and IMAP) settings are configured individually for each email address, and outgoing mail (SMTP) settings are configured together in the Outgoing Mail SMTP settings function.
To add your mail account to your Apple device you need to access the Add Account section of your device’s settings. You can access this setting by following this path Settings / Accounts / Passwords / Add Account.
Next click the Other link directly under the Outlook.com option at the bottom of the account type list. On the next screen, click Add Mail Account. Here you will come to the New Account screen.
Enter your information like this below:

After you enter your information click Next in the top right corner of the screen. On the next screen, you can choose either an IMAP or POP3 configuration. The one you select will be highlighted blue.
