Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. Credit card payments are processed through FirstData's Linkpoint API. PayPay payments are processed by PayPal. None of the sensitive payment information entered during the payment phase of checkout is stored on this webserver.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Refunds on purchased items will be granted provided one of the following criteria is met: (1) Installation of software cannot be done on your webserver. In order to be entitled to a refund, Kryptronic must fail in getting the software installed on your server. Known server configuration issues: NONE. (2) Support or installation was purchased but unused.
All software is downloaded after an order is placed, and support and installation are service based items.
From time to time Kryptronic may run special promotions on it's software products and services. Sale prices and discounts cannot be retroactively applied to past orders. If a discount code is available at the time an order is placed, that discount code must be entered when the order is placed, and cannot be retroactively applied if excluded from the order.
All Kryptronic software licenses purchased from this site are delivered in the following manner: (1) After successful completion of a software order, a download link will be sent via email for the Kryptronic software installer. (2) This software installer, once loaded on the target site, will contact the Kryptronic central server to register the software license purchased. (3) Once the registration information submitted has been verified, the Kryptronic central server interacts with the installer to download all software onto the target site. This installation method is employed to deter software piracy and to make software installation easy for all users.
